Free static generator

QR codes on the Free plan are generated entirely in your browser with JavaScript. The content you type is not uploaded to QR Promise servers. We cannot read, store, or deactivate Free static codes because we never receive them.

What we may collect on the website

Like most sites, our host (intended: Cloudflare) may process basic request logs (IP address, user agent, URL) for security and reliability. We may use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (for example Cloudflare Web Analytics) on marketing pages. We do not run ad trackers on Free generation.

Pro (coming soon)

Pro dynamic codes will store redirect targets and scan metadata on our infrastructure so editable links and analytics can work. We will update this policy before Pro accepts signups or payments. Pro is not available yet.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 13.
